Every class begins with intentional movement to prepare your body for what's to come. Then we take it up a notch, and move into full-body strength training. Targeted to work your lower and upper body, seat, and core. With a nice dose of restorative breathwork throughout.

Grand finale? Time to bliss out, give back to yourself, and just be.

what to expect

ATTIRE
Barefoot is the way to be. As for clothing?
Just wear what you feel comfortable moving and sweating in. 

HYDRATION
Bring that water bottle with you.
We’ll always have our refill station stocked and ready to go.

PROPS
Just bring you! We’ve got the props sitch covered – and we’ll use a variety from class to class. Like light and medium handheld weights, core sliders, and cloth resistance bands. Sometimes whatever strikes our fancy as a fun addition.

HANDS-ON OR OFF
Probably nothing worse than your bubble being invaded. We get that hands-on cueing or guidance isn’t for everyone. Wanna give us a quick signal, without feeling awkward? Grab a sweat wristband before class.

CONVENIENCE THINGS
We won’t leave you hanging. Our studio offers sweat towels, lockers, and four bathrooms located on the first floor.

CHECKING IN
Check in at one of two tablets in the welcome hallway. Then claim a spot for your stuff (whether it’s a locker, hooks, bench or floor) and make your way into the studio. We'll always be around to help you get settled.
